One of the strong selling points of lease to own homes is now you're an 'owner-in-training.' With that being said, maintenance is passed on to you, the tenant...
This is a good move for the landlord... and for you- IF it has limits.

Find out... what's not covered? If the roof leaks and a small lake forms in the living room, whose paying for it? Watch the contract! Take your time and read the fine print on the maintenance. 4) Length of The Lease
